How I use the details you send me through this website. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Who I am
Elena Andreeva, a freelance video content creator working in London, is responsible for your details. You can reach me at contact@andrecontent.co.uk or on +44 7386 212785.
What I collect and why
When you send an enquiry, I receive your name, email address and anything else you choose to give: phone number, business type, the kind of video you need, timing and your message. I use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project. The legal basis is that you have asked me to contact you, and that it is needed to take steps before entering into a contract with you.
I do not sell or share your details for marketing, and I do not add you to a mailing list.
Where your details are held
- Netlify, which runs this website and its enquiry form, stores form entries on my behalf.
- Google, which provides my email, holds our correspondence.
- Google Ads, if you accept cookies, records that a visit from one of my ads led to an enquiry, a call or an email. It does not receive the contents of your message.
Google Fonts, YouTube and Canva deliver the fonts, film previews, photos and videos on this site, so they receive your IP address when you visit. Films on YouTube open on YouTube’s own site.
These providers may process data outside the UK. They do so under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.
How long I keep them
If we do not go on to work together, I delete your enquiry within 12 months of our last contact. If we do work together, I keep project and invoice records for as long as UK tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or object to how I use them. Email me and I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
I advertise this website with Google Ads. If you press “Accept” on the cookie notice, Google Ads sets a cookie so I can see which ads lead to an enquiry, a phone call or an email. It is not used to show you ads elsewhere. If you press “Reject”, or do nothing, no Google Ads cookie is set and the site works exactly the same.
Your choice is remembered in your browser. You can change it at any time: Cookie settings.
